The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited at its meeting held today recommended Final Dividend of 5% (Re. 0.50 Paisa per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM.
