Hitech Corporation Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Hitech Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 1.00 (Rupee One only) per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
