Container Corporation of India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, has declared a Final Dividend of Rs.2/- (40%) per equity share of face value of Rs.5/- each for the year 2020-21. This Final Dividend above is in addition to Interim Dividend @60% (i.e. Rs.3/- per share of Rs.5/- each) already paid during the year. The dividend declared is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
