Varun Beverages Ltd fixes June 12, 2021 as record date for 1:2 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Varun Beverages Ltd have fixed Saturday, June 12, 2021 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 (Two) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.
