Aarti Surfactants Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Aarti Surfactants Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, May 21,2021 has considered and approved the recommendation of the Final Dividend of Rs.3(30%) per equity share for the Financial year ended March 31 , 2021 , subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
