The board of directors of Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.03 per Equity Share (3%) against the face value of Re. 1/- of an equity share of the Company, subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) The record date will be intimated to the members in due course.
