Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 22.75

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) at its meeting held on May 20, 2021, has recommended Final Equity Dividend of Rs.22.75 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-2021. The said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held in the month of August / September 2021.
