Acrysil Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.20/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 60% for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. Together with the interim dividend of 40% declared on February 5, 2021, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 is Rs.2.00/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 100%. (Previous Year: 60% of face value of Rs.2/- each).

The payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

Shares of ACRYSIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.367.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 340.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76912 in over 2165 trades.
