Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of directors of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited at its meeting held today has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 9/- per equity share (on the face value of INR 2 per share) for the financial year 2020-21, and that the Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for receipt of the interim dividend will be Monday, May 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid on or before Thursday, June 17, 2021.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.193.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 461383 in over 4125 trades.
