Tanla Platforms Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Tanla Platforms Ltd in its meeting held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 commenced at 2:45 PM and concluded at 7:25 PM has recommended Final Dividend of Re 1/- per equity share of Re 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the Shareholder's approval. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder's approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
