Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 19t May, 2021 at the registered office of the Company situated at 1701/02, 17 Floor, A Wing, Lotus Corporate Park, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063, Maharashtra, India has considered and recommended final dividend at a rate of 5% per share (i.e. Rs. 0.5/- per share) of face value of Rs. 10/- on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 for approval of shareholders of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting.

Shares of MANGAL CREDIT AND FINCORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17167 in over 88 trades.
