TCI Express Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of TCI Express Ltd at its meeting held today have recommended final dividend of 100% i.e., Rs. 2 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 13th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of TCI Express Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1108.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 953.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26299 in over 2500 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1144.35 and intraday low of 945.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28337533.
