Power Finance Corporation Limited arm forms two SPVs

Khavda-Bhuj Transmission Limited and Kishtwar Transmission Limited, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPVs) companies have been incorporated as wholly owned subsidiaries of PFC Consulting Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited).

Khavda-Bhuj Transmission Limited is set up as SPV for development of Transmission Scheme associated with "Transmission scheme for evacuation of 3 GW RE injection at Khavda P.S. under Phase-I."

Kishtwar Transmission Limited is set up as SPV for development of Transmission Scheme associated with "Transmission system for evacuation of power from Pakaldul HEP in Chenab Valley HEPs -Connectivity System."

Shares of POWER FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.116.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 115.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 186110 in over 1186 trades.
