Chalet Hotels Ltd to repurpose Sahar Mumbai Retail Mall into Commercial Office space

The Board of Directors of Chalet Hotels Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., on May 18, 2021 has, considered and approved the discontinuation of operations at its Sahar Mumbai Retail Mall and repurposing of same as a Commercial Office space and consequently termination of the management agreement with Inorbit Malls (India) Private Limited w.e. f. today i.e. May 18, 2021 in respect of the same. The Company is actively engaging to let out the space as commercial office space.

Shares of Chalet Hotels Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.156 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32057 in over 703 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 160.5 and intraday low of 147.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4955498.
