Ester Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1.90

The board of directors of Ester Industries Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.90/- (Rs. One and Ninety Paisa only) per equity share for the year ended on 31st March 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ESTER INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.151.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 112654 in over 1848 trades.
