Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of directors Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.8.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 80%) of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up for the year ended on 31st March, 2021. Upon approval of the Dividend by Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Dividend declared at the AGM will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The date of Dividend payment will be announced later.
