Brigade Enterprises Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The board of directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., May 18, 2021 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share (12%) of Rs.10 each which is subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
