Astral Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Astral Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., May 18, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Re. 1/- per share of Re. 1/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
