Century Enka Ltd board approves investment of Rs. 240 crores capex

The Board of Directors of Century Enka Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 18th May, 2021 has approved the investment of Rs.240 crores to strengthen its competitive position in tyre reinforcement market by modernization of plant, and augmenting capacity by ~30% and Rs.23 crores for increasing the capacity of draw texturized yarn and mother yarn.

Shares of CENTURY ENKA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.288.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 273.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33527 in over 1210 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 292.3 and intraday low of 275.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9583539.
