Route Mobile Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing 17th Annual General Meeting.

Accordingly, the said Final Dividend, if approved, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
