ITC Ltd board to consider Q4, FY21 results, final dividend on June 1, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of ITC Ltd has been convened for Tuesday, 1st June, 2021, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021.

The board will also consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the aforesaid financial year.
