Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. on 17-05-2021 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.8/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@80%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Upon approval by the Shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration and the date of payment of dividend will be intimated in due course. We also enclose herewith a Press Release on Audited Financial Results for the Q4 and Financial year ended on 31.03.2021.
