La Opala RG Ltd Board to consider FY21 results & Dividend on May 25, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of La Opala RG Ltd is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 01, 2021 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open from May 28, 2021.
