Everest Kanto to meet on enhancing investment in Dubai subsidiary

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider, enhancement of investment in wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, U.A.E and to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
