A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 along with Statement of Assets and Liability as on March 31, 2021.
