Bhageria Industries Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of directors of Bhageria Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., May 15, 2021 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.5/- per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 5/- each) i.e. 70% for the year ended March 31, 2021 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
