Thermax Ltd Board to consider FY21 results & Dividend on May 25, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Thermax Ltd has been scheduled on May 25, 2021, to consider and approve the draft audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 along with related segment-wise financial results and recommend Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.

The trading window, has already been closed and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. till May 27, 2021 and shall be re-opened on May 28, 2021.
