Chembond Chemicals Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Chembond Chemicals Limited in its meeting held today, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2.25 (Rupees Two and Twenty Five Paise) per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval of members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
