Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd in its Meeting held on May 14, 2021 have recommended a final dividend of Rs 15/-(Rupees Fifteen Only) per Equity Share (i.e. 150%) having Face Value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the Financial Year 2020-2021. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.266.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16053 in over 926 trades.
