Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.55

The Board of Directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd at their meeting held on May 14, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend @ 55% being Rs. 0.55/- per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM (i.e. on or before September 02, 2021), upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing 72nd AGM.

Shares of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 565.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 560.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1,935 and the deliverable quantity was 1,293 shares.
