Escorts Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 5 and special dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Escorts Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2021 has recommended normal final dividend @ 50% per share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. Rs. 5.00 per share)

The board has also recommended additional special one-time Platinum Jubilee (75th Year) Dividend @ 25% per share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. Rs. 2.50 per share)

c. Total Dividend @ 75% per share i.e. Rs. 7.50 per equity share payable on all outstanding shares on the record date to be announced for the purpose other than Shares held by Escorts Benefit & Welfare Trust (Treasury Shares).

Shares of ESCORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1169.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1176.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 98579 in over 5445 trades.
