Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd at its Meeting held today has approved the recommendation of dividend of 10% i.e. Re. 0.10 per full paid-up Equity Share of Re. 1/- each. The Dividend on Equity Shares, on approval at the Annual General Meeting is expected to be credited / dispatched to the Members around 1st week of October, 2021.
