JSW Steel Ltd Board to consider FY21 results, Dividend & Rights Issue on May 21, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of JSW Steel Ltd has been convened to be held on May 21, 2021, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021, the Recommendation of payment of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company and for considering raising of long term funds, including but not limited to, Qualified Institutions Placement of permissible securities and issuance of equity shares or other securities by way of a rights issue, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required.
