Vimta Labs Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Vimta Labs Ltd at its meeting held on May 14, 2021, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2 (Rupees two only) per share with face value of Rs.2 each for the financial year 2020-2021; subject to approval of shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
