Mphasis Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 65

The Board of Directors of Mphasis Ltd, at its meeting held today recommended dividend of Rs.65/- per equity share (inclusive of a special dividend of Rs.27/- per equity share) of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31 March 2021, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
