Cybertech Systems and Software Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The board of directors of Cybertech Systems and Software Ltd at its meeting held today have approved the recommendation of dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share for the F.Y.2020-21, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of CYBERTECH SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.161.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 141861 in over 2327 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 163.95 and intraday low of 147.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22638025.
