Piramal Enterprises Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 33

The Board of directors of Piramal Enterprises Limited at its meeting held today, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.33/- (Rupees Thirty-Three only) per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each (i.e. @1,650 %) for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. Dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid / dispatched after the AGM.
