Shriram City Union Finance Ltd increases stake in Shriram Housing Finance Ltd to 81.16%

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd had on May 12, 2021 subscribed 4,44,44,445 number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each priced at Rs. 45/- per share (including premium of Rs. 35/- per share) aggregating to Rs. 2,00,00,00,025 in Rights Issue offered by Shriram Housing Finance Limited (SHFL), subsidiary of the Company. After allotment of shares by SHFL in response to this subscription, the Company's holding in SHFL will be 81.16% of equity capital of SHFL.

Shares of SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1621.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1613.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4908 in over 566 trades.
