SML Isuzu Limited announces temporary suspension of production at Punjab plant

SML Isuzu Limited has announced temporary suspension of production at the Company's Manufacturing Plant, located at Village Asron, Distt. Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar (Punjab), effective from today i.e. 13th May, 2021 (Thursday) till 18th May, 2021 (Tuesday).

Due to the current pandemic situation / lockdown in most of the States, the Company is facing supply issues from some its vendors/suppliers.

The Company is closely monitoring the current situation and ensuring customers' requirements and the taking the appropriate actions.

Further, Vaccination of Employees has been enabled through vaccination camps at the Company's Plant / Offices.

Shares of SML ISUZU LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.448.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 463.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5169 in over 484 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 461 and intraday low of 446.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2360540.
