Vinati Organics Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Vinati Organics Ltd at its meeting held today have approved final dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each (600%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, which will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders of the Company registered in the Register of members of the Company as on the record date to be decided, within 30 days from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.

Shares of VINATI ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1763 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1724.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26859 in over 2656 trades.
