Lupin Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 6.50

The Board of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2021, has recommended dividend @ 325% i.e. Rs. 6.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total outflow would be Rs. 2949.2 mn.
