Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM).
