Pidilite Industries Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 8.50

The Board of Directors of Pidilite Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2021, have recommended a Dividend of Rs 8.50 (Rupees Eight and Paisa Fifty Only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 52nd Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders within a period of 30 days from the date of the 52nd Annual General Meeting.
