Sagar Cements Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 6.50

The Board of directors of Sagar Cements Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended for approval of the shareholders at their 40th Annual General Meeting to be held in due course, a dividend at Rs.6.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (65%) on the 2,35,00,000 equity shares of the company, which includes two interim dividends aggregating to Rs.4 per equity share (40%), already paid during the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.809.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 832.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10308 in over 1183 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 850 and intraday low of 797.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8516866.
