Kaycee Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Kaycee Industries Limited at their meeting held today i.e. May 12, 2021, have considered and recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 30/- (@ 30% ) per Equity share of Rs. 100/- each for Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
