Shreyans Industries Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Shreyans Industries Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per share on fully paid equity shares of the company for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at 41st Annual General Meeting.
