Sangam Renewables Limited to change name as Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited

The Board of Directors of Sangam Renewables Limited at its meeting held today i.e., on May 10, 2021 at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.50 p.m. have considered and approved the change of name of the Company from 'Sangam Renewables Limited' to 'Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited' or any other name as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Shares of Sangam Renewables Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.76.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45081 in over 227 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.8 and intraday low of 73.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3423195.
