Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on May 10, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
