Suzlon Energy subsidiary bags first order from South America for 225 MW

Suzlon Energy Ltd has announced that Suzlon Energy A/S, Denmark, the wholly owned subsidiary and the international business arm of the Company broke new ground with its first order in South America on finalising an agreement with SIIF Energies do Brasil Ltda (SIIF) to supply 225 MW of Suzlon make wind turbines, the deliveries of which are set to Commence in first quarter of the year 2007 with the full order being installed and commissioned over the period of 18 months.
