Just Dial Ltd board to consider Q4, FY21 results on May 14, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2021, to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 and Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021 and other matters.

The board will also consider allotment of equity shares of the Company each having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to certain employees of the Company, upon exercise of options by such employees under the relevant employee stock option schemes and any other business with the permission of chair.
